The Site is operated by Saanjh Home, with our workshop at Pabitra para, maskalaibari, nandanik, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal 735101, India. Reach us at hello@saanjhhome.in or +91 99073 58321.

You may browse the Site without an account. To place an order or save a wishlist linked to your profile, you may create a customer account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials safe, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or scraping content for any purpose we have not authorised.

We try to describe each product accurately, but small variations in colour, texture and finish are inherent to handcrafted goods. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Prices and availability can change without notice. If a pricing error is obvious (for example, a piece priced at ₹1 by mistake), we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

When you place an order, you make us an offer to buy the listed products at the listed prices. We accept your offer when we ship the order. Until then, we may cancel and refund you — for example, if a product is genuinely out of stock or if we suspect fraud.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other payment partners. We never see your full card details. Refer to Shopify's terms for how they handle payment data.

Our shipping policy and refund & return policy form part of these terms. By placing an order you agree to those policies.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, and the underlying code — is owned by Saanjh Home or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g. a review or photo) and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it on the Site and in our marketing, with attribution where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalpaiguri, West Bengal.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If the changes are material, we'll let you know via email or a notice on the Site.
