Where we ship
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes within India. International shipping is on the roadmap; if you're abroad and want a Saanjh piece, write to us and we'll look at it case by case.
Processing time
Most orders ship within 2 business days of being placed. Pieces marked “made to order” on the product page may take longer; we'll mention the lead time on the listing.
Delivery time
- Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3-5 business days from dispatch.
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5-8 business days from dispatch.
- Remote PIN codes: 8-12 business days from dispatch.
These are courier estimates and can vary during festive periods, monsoons, or local disruptions.
Shipping fees
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Cash on delivery (COD) orders carry a flat ₹150 fee. Orders ship within 3-5 business days.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. If you signed in, you can also see live tracking from your account orders page.
Packaging
We pack each order in recyclable paper wrap and recycled cardboard. No plastic bubble. A handwritten thank-you slips into every box.
If something goes wrong
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, our refund and return policy covers replacement or refund — usually within 7 business days of verification.
