At Saanjh Home, each piece is made to order from our studio in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. Here is what to expect when you place an order with us.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes within India. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are outside India and would like a Saanjh piece, please write to us at saanjhhome7@gmail.com and we will respond case by case.
2. Processing time
Because each piece is made to order, your item enters production within 2 to 24 hours of your order being placed. Production typically takes 1 to 2 days. Limited-edition or customised pieces may take longer, and we will mention any extended lead time on the product page.
3. Dispatch and delivery time
After production is complete, we dispatch via our courier partners. Estimated delivery from dispatch:
- Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3 to 5 business days
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5 to 8 business days
- Remote PIN codes: 8 to 12 business days
These are courier estimates and can vary during festive periods, monsoons, or local disruptions.
4. Shipping fees
Prepaid orders (online payment): shipping is free, regardless of order value.
Cash on Delivery (COD): a flat ₹150 shipping and handling fee applies.
You will see the exact amount before you confirm payment at checkout.
5. Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you signed in to your account, you can also view live tracking from the account orders page on saanjhhome.in.
6. Packaging
We pack each order in recyclable paper wrap and recycled cardboard. A handwritten thank-you slips into every box.
7. If something goes wrong
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, our return and refund policy covers replacement or refund, usually within 7 business days of verification. Note: an unedited unboxing video is required to process damage claims.
8. Bulk and corporate orders
For corporate gifting, hospitality, weddings, or any order over 10 units, lead times and shipping are quoted separately. Please use our bulk inquiry form.
