1. No-return policy
We do not accept returns once a product has been successfully delivered. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in colour or texture that may occur due to screen settings or handcrafted finishes.
2. Damaged or incorrect product
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, a replacement may be provided subject to verification.
To process a replacement request, the following is mandatory:
- A clear package-opening video, recorded from the sealed package, continuous unboxing, until the product is fully visible.
- The video must be unedited and uninterrupted.
Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.
3. Replacement processing
Once the issue is verified by our team, the replacement process will be initiated. Replacement requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
4. Non-delivered orders
Orders that are not delivered due to courier service failures or logistical issues will be eligible for a refund. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the standard banking timeline.
5. Exclusions from replacement
Products will not be eligible for replacement if:
- the damage is caused due to mishandling after delivery,
- improper installation or usage,
- accidental drops, water damage, or external force,
- the product has been used or altered.
6. Condition for exchange or replacement
Any product approved for exchange or replacement must:
- be unused,
- be in its original packaging,
- include all accessories, inserts, and components received with the order.
