Most orders ship within 2 business days from our West Bengal workshop. Delivery is typically 3-5 business days in metros, 5-8 days elsewhere in India.
Not yet. We ship across India only at the moment. International shipping is something we're working on for 2026.
Shipping is free on orders over ₹999. Below that, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location.
You'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS once your order ships. If you can't find it, just write to us.
Yes — 7-day return window from the day you receive it. The piece needs to be in original condition. We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving it back.
We pack carefully but breakage happens. Write to us at hello@saanjhhome.in with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund — your choice.
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — just email us within a few hours of ordering. Once it's with the courier, you'd need to do the return.
Plant-based PLA — a polymer made from fermented cornstarch. It looks ceramic-like, feels solid, and has a much lower environmental footprint than petroleum-based plastics.
A damp cloth is enough for most pieces. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive scrubbers, and dishwashers. Coasters can handle a gentle wipe.
Yes. We design specifically for LED — they run cool, which is what PLA needs. Don't use incandescent bulbs in our lamps.
PLA is industrially compostable. It won't decompose in your backyard, but it's vastly better than conventional plastic.
